Commercial Law - Consumer Protection - Vehicle Protection Products Act

Synopsis:

Providing that a vehicle protection product may not be sold or offered for sale in the State unless the seller and the warrantor of the vehicle protection product comply with the provisions of the Act; providing that an administrator, seller, or warrantor that complies with the Act is not required to comply with specified provisions of law; requiring a warrantor to register with the Division of Consumer Protection of the Office of the Attorney General on a specified form; etc.
