False, Fictitious, or Fraudulent Representations to Legislative Branch Units

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person, in a matter within the jurisdiction of a Legislative Branch unit, from knowingly and willfully falsifying or concealing a material fact or making or using a false, fictitious, or fraudulent representation; and providing a specified penalty for a violation of the Act.
