Requiring a county sheriff, to the extent provided in the State budget, to provide security in each circuit court courtroom being used for family law or juvenile law cases; providing for specified State funding for circuit court security; requiring counties to spend savings derived from specified State funding on specified purposes; requiring specified reports on specified expenditures; providing for a delayed effective date; etc.
