Election Law - Protection of Voter's Confidential Information and Secrecy of Absentee Ballot Results

Synopsis:

Creating an exception to the requirement that an election judge verify the address of a voter's residence for voters whose personal information has been deemed confidential by the local board; requiring an election judge to conduct a specified alternative verification if a voter's personal information has been deemed confidential by the local board; and providing that specified absentee ballot election results may not be reported by precinct.
