Electric Companies - Net Energy Metering - Accrual of Generated
Electricity
Allowing customer-generators that own and operate solar, wind, or
biomass electric generating facilities and use net energy metering, to
accrue electricity generating credit for 12 months; altering a
specified definition; requiring an electric company to carry forward a
negative kilowatt-hour reading until the customer-generator's
consumption from the grid eliminates the credit or the accrual period
expires; etc.
