Constitutional Amendment - Bribery of a Public Official - Immunity

Synopsis:

Proposing an amendment to the Maryland Constitution to alter the level of immunity that is required to be granted to specified individuals compelled to testify in specified trials relating to bribery; and submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
