Education - Retirees of a County Board of Education - Health Benefits

Synopsis:

Requiring a county board of education to provide health benefits to retired principals, teachers, and other certificated and noncertificated employees of a county board under specified circumstances; and requiring a county board to develop and implement a plan to provide specified health benefits to these individuals in consultation with a county association for retirees of the county board under specified circumstances.
