Workers' Compensation - Temporary Total Disability - Exclusions

Synopsis:

Providing that an employer is not liable for the payment of temporary total disability compensation under the workers' compensation law for specified employees to whom benefits would otherwise be due under specified circumstances; and providing for the application of the Act.
