Allegany County - Salary Study Commission - Recommendations and Establishment of Recommended Salaries

Synopsis:

Requiring the Allegany County Salary Study Commission to meet with each person who holds a specified office for specified purposes before submitting specified salary recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners of Allegany County; providing that, notwithstanding a specified provision of law, the Board of County Commissioners of Allegany County shall set by local law the salaries of specified offices by a specified date; etc.
