Establishing offenses of eluding a police officer in a motor vehicle
and causing damage to the property of another and eluding a police

making it a felony to commit specified offenses of eluding a police
officer; authorizing a law enforcement officer to seize a motor
vehicle used by an individual in the commission of specified
violations of eluding a police officer; etc.
