Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $750,000,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Maryland-National Capital
Park and Planning Commission and the County Executive and County
Council of Prince George's County for the acquisition, relocation,
restoration, repair, and renovation of the Ridgely Rosenwald School;
providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; requiring the grantee
to grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical
Trust; etc.
