Baltimore City Circuit Court - Jury Commissioner - Designation and Supervision
Providing an exception for Baltimore City to the requirement that the
jury plan for a circuit court designate a jury commissioner;
requiring, in Baltimore City, that the clerk of the circuit court
designate a jury commissioner and, under specified circumstances, an
acting jury commissioner, for the circuit court; providing that the
jury commissioner shall perform specified duties under the control and
supervision of the clerk; and providing that the jury commissioner is
entitled to compensation set by law.
