Synopsis:

Requiring each institution of higher education in the State to develop and implement a plan for a program of cultural diversity; requiring each plan to include an implementation strategy and timeline for meeting the goals of the plan; requiring each institution of higher education to submit its plan to the Maryland Higher Education Commission; requiring the Commission to monitor each plan to track implementation and compliance with the plan; etc.
