Requiring the State Department of Education, in collaboration with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to provide awareness training for specified individuals on inhalant abuse; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide to the State Department of Education specified information and materials on inhalant abuse; etc.
