Synopsis:

Including the Baltimore Public Markets Corporation, in Baltimore City, in the definition of "local government" for the purposes of the Local Government Tort Claims Act; providing that the Baltimore Public Markets Corporation, in Baltimore City, may not raise as a defense a specified limitation on liability; providing that a specified notice requirement does not apply to a specified action for unliquidated damages; etc.
