Providing that a contract for the resale of a cooperative interest by
a member is not enforceable against a purchaser unless the purchaser
is given copies of specified documents and statements under the
Maryland Cooperative Housing Corporation Act; altering the time during
which a purchaser has the right to cancel a contract without penalty
under the Maryland Condominium Act; altering the time during which a
purchaser has the right to cancel a contract without penalty under the
Maryland Homeowners Association Act; etc.
