Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $825,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Baltimore County for the construction, reconstruction, renovation, and capital equipping of athletic field lighting systems at County Home Park, General John Stricker Middle School Recreation Center, and Shelbourne Park, all located in Baltimore County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
