Toll Collection - Hatem Bridge and JFK Memorial Highway - Rush Hour - Exemption

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Maryland Transportation Authority from collecting a toll during weekday rush hours at the toll stations for the Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge and the John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway; requiring the Authority to obtain a modification of a trust agreement if necessary to implement the Act; etc.
