Altering the membership of the Correctional Officers' Retirement
System to include correctional laundry officers; providing that
correctional officers participating in the Correctional Officers'
Retirement System may receive a normal service retirement or a
deferred vested retirement allowance; requiring the transfer of
correctional laundry officer member contributions to the annuity
savings fund of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; etc.
