Telephone Solicitation - Prohibitions on Automated Calls

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from using an automated dialing system with a prerecorded message to call a residential telephone number in the State under specified circumstances; and prohibiting a person from using an automated dialing system with a prerecorded message for political campaigns or political messages.
