Environment - Outdoor Wood Burning Furnaces - Requirements

Synopsis:

Authorizing the use of an outdoor wood burning furnace outside of a municipality under specified circumstances; prohibiting specified individuals from bringing nuisance claims; requiring specified commercial sellers to notify specified buyers of the provisions of the Act; exempting specified individuals from specified provisions of the Act; etc.
