Home Improvement Contracts - Exception to Limit on Deposits

Synopsis:

Authorizing a person to receive a deposit of more than one-third of a home improvement contract price before or at the time of execution of the home improvement contract if that person provides a specified bond or bond equivalent and includes a specified notice in the home improvement contract; etc.
