REAL ID Act of 2005 - Implementation by Regulation or Policy - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Department of Transportation or the Motor Vehicle Administration from adopting any regulation or instituting any policy to implement provisions of the federal REAL ID Act of 2005, unless the General Assembly enacts specified legislation.
