Baltimore City - Property Tax Exemption - Affordable and Inclusionary Housing

Synopsis:

Providing for specified exemptions from the Baltimore City property tax under specified circumstances for specified development projects that offer affordable residential units; prohibiting the Baltimore City Board of Estimates from entering into specified agreements if the agreements would result in a specified reduction in property tax revenues for a taxable year; etc.
