Entitled:

Election Law - Ballot Issue Committee - Campaign Finance Reporting Requirements

Synopsis:

Exempting a ballot issue committee from specified requirements to file a campaign finance report if the responsible officers of the ballot issue committee file a specified affidavit stating that the ballot issue committee will not or has not raised contributions of more than $1,000; and requiring a ballot issue committee to file a campaign finance report of its contributions on or before a specified date preceding a general election.
