Authorizing the Automotive Safety Enforcement Division of the Department of State Police to collect fees charged for specified salvage inspections; requiring specified fees collected by the Motor Vehicle Administration or the Department for salvage inspections to be paid to the Automotive Safety Enforcement Division for specified purposes; etc.
