Prohibiting the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners
from approving the transfer of an alcoholic beverages license held for
use at a business establishment with a commercial fuel pump used by
the public to purchase fuel; and specifying an exception if the
transferor holds the license on July 1, 2008, and the transfer is made
on or before July 1, 2010.
