Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - The Trinity Family Life Center
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $430,000,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of The
Trinity Family Life Center, Inc. for the design, renovation, and
reconstruction of a community center to offer medical referral
services, family counseling, tutorial services, and other services to
the community, located in Baltimore City; providing for disbursement
of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee
provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
