Vehicle Laws - Minor Holding Provisional Driver's License - Passenger Restrictions

Synopsis:

Extending to 1 year the period of time from the date a provisional driver's license is issued to a minor during which the minor is prohibited from transporting specified individuals under the age of 18 years as passengers except under specified circumstances.
