Public Utility Tree Management Act
Requiring a public utility to prepare a tree management plan;
requiring a public utility to enter into an agreement with the
Department of Natural Resources under specified circumstances;
requiring specified programs and plans to be published in accordance
with requirements; authorizing the Department to issue a stop work
order under specified circumstances; providing for penalties; and
authorizing the Department to adopt regulations.
