Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Department of Human Resources, in consultation with specified groups, to develop a plan related to the determination of eligibility for Medical Assistance Program long-term care services; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Department of Human Resources to submit a report on the implementation of the plan to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before October 1, 2008; etc.
