Critical Infrastructure Protection Task Force

Synopsis:

Establishing a Critical Infrastructure Protection Task Force; providing for the composition and duties of the Task Force; requiring the Department of Legislative Services and the Department of Business and Economic Development to provide staffing for the Task Force; prohibiting members of the Task Force from receiving compensation, but authorizing reimbursement for specified expenses; requiring the Task Force to submit specified reports of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly; etc.
