Requiring a public body to require that specified apparel production be performed in the United States; requiring that bidders for specified apparel contracts provide contracting public bodies with specified information; requiring that apparel contracts and bid application documents contain specified information; authorizing a public body to waive specified requirements of the Act under specified conditions; etc.
