Anne Arundel County - Correctional Facilities - Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program

Synopsis:

Requiring the Administrator of correctional facilities for Anne Arundel County to establish a specified residential substance abuse treatment pilot program; requiring the program to have a specified capacity and to provide specified services; requiring the program to keep program participants separated from other inmates; requiring the program to include an aftercare coordinator to provide specified services to program participants on release; and declaring the intent of the General Assembly.
