Health Care Decisions Act - Disclosure by Health Care Facilities - Practices Related to Use of Life-Sustaining Procedures

Synopsis:

Requiring health care facilities to make a specified disclosure concerning facility practices with respect to specified patient preferences, medical orders, and outcome assessments; specifying the manner of disclosures; prohibiting a construction that would impair specified authority of health care facilities or require health care facilities to adopt specified policies or procedures; etc.
