Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages - Repeal of Class BDR Licenses - Additional Class B Licenses

Synopsis:

Repealing in Harford County the Class BDR (deluxe restaurant) beer, wine and liquor license and all of the privileges, location restrictions, requirements, and other provisions associated with the Class BDR license; specifying when an independent ownership interest is presumed to exist for a specified purpose; and increasing to 9 the maximum number of Class B licenses that may be issued to an individual for the use of specified persons.
