Income Tax - Child Support Enforcement Tax

Synopsis:

Repealing the authority of the Child Support Enforcement Administration to collect a fee from specified child support payments; repealing a termination provision; imposing a tax on individuals certified by the Administration as being in arrears of specified support payments; applying the Act to tax years beginning after December 31, 2008; etc.
