Maryland Uniform Interstate Family Support Act - Revision
Revising the Maryland Uniform Interstate Family Support Act;
clarifying that the remedies provided under the Interstate Family
Support Act do not affect the availability of remedies under other
specified laws; altering specified provisions concerning the authority
of a tribunal of the State to exercise personal jurisdiction over a
nonresident individual in a proceeding to establish, modify, or
enforce a support order or to determine parentage; etc.
