Prohibiting specified managed care organizations from downcoding
claims for reimbursement for specified services rendered in compliance
with specified federal law based on an auto-pay diagnosis code list;
and requiring that an audit by specified managed care organizations of
specified services rendered in compliance with specified federal law
be conducted based on guidelines followed by auditors at the Centers
for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
