Authorizing the court, in a county that implements a global positioning satellite tracking system program, to suspend the sentence of a defendant convicted of failing to comply with specified relief granted in an interim, temporary, or final protective order and place the defendant under active electronic monitoring under specified conditions; requiring the defendant to pay specified fees established by the county under specified circumstances; etc.
