Synopsis:

Requiring each county board of education to develop and adopt specified policies relating to vending machines in public schools; requiring each county board to submit the policies to the State Department of Education on or before a specified date; requiring each school to install and use a specified timing device on every vending machine to operate the vending machine in a specified manner; etc.
