Requiring specified persons to be licensed by the Maryland Home
Improvement Commission to provide mold remediation services; requiring
the Commission to adopt regulations; providing that the Act does not
limit the rights of specified individuals to engage in specified mold
remediation; establishing the purpose of the Act; providing for the
powers and duties of the Commission in licensing and regulating mold
remediation service providers; requiring specified fees to be paid
into the General Fund; etc.
