Public Utility Companies - Maryland Energy Generation Authority
Establishing the Maryland Energy Generation Authority; authorizing the
Authority to issue bonds for specified purposes under specified
circumstances; requiring the Authority to procure the electric supply
on behalf of certain purchasing pool members; requiring the Authority
to give preference to specified sources of electricity when procuring
electricity supply; requiring the Authority, in conjunction with the
Maryland Energy Administration, to submit a specified plan and updates
to the Public Service Commission before specified dates; etc.
