Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Housing and Community Development to transfer specified unallocated reserves of the Maryland Housing Fund at the end of any fiscal year to the Homeownership Programs Fund, the Rental Housing Programs Fund, and the Special Loan Programs Fund.
