Creation of a State Debt - Washington County - Springfield Barn
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $250,000,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and Town Council of
the Town of Williamsport for the planning, design, construction,
repair, renovation and capital equipping of the Springfield Barn;
providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund;
requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to the
Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
