Creation of a State Debt - Prince George's County - Walker Mill Daycare and
Training Center
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $300,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Walker
Mill Development Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and
capital equipping of the Walker Mill Daycare and Training Center,
located in Capitol Heights; providing for disbursement of the loan
proceeds; establishing a specified deadline; requiring the grantee to
grant and convey a preservation easement to the Maryland Historical
Trust; etc.
