Condemnation
Prohibiting the State or any of its instrumentalities or political
subdivisions from acquiring all or any part of private property by
condemnation if the property is subject to an agricultural land
preservation easement or a conservation easement under the Rural
Legacy Program, listed in the National Register of Historic Places,
and designated as a National Historic Landmark.
