Family Law - Foster Care - Payment Rates
Altering the monthly rate of payment for foster care in a single
family home beginning in fiscal year 2010; specifying that the monthly
rate may be increased based on specified factors; repealing provisions
relating to the payment of foster care for a child who needs special
care; and requiring the Secretary of Human Resources to make a
determination in cooperation with specified representatives and to
report to the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2009.
