Maryland Sales Below Cost of Fluid Milk Products Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting milk dealers from selling or offering to sell fluid milk products to specified entities in the State at less than a specified cost; prohibiting milk dealers from selling fluid milk products in combination with other items under specified circumstances; providing for the calculation of the dealer's costs of fluid milk products in a specified manner; etc.
