Requiring the Maryland Insurance Commissioner or a designee on or
before April 1 of each year to prepare and publish a report that
summarizes statistical information that relates to life and health
insurance producer examinations administered during the preceding
calendar year; requiring the report to include specified information
about specified examinees in a specified manner; requiring the
Commissioner or a designee to submit the report to specified
legislative committees; providing for termination of the Act; etc.
